Return Policy

Here at Music Therapy and Beyond we seek to provide high quality information, products and services. We always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase; however, due to the nature of our products and services, requests for returns and exchanges must meet certain criteria to be approved and are offered on a case-by-case basis.
All requests for returns, exchanges, and refunds must be made by email within 30 days of the purchase date. An item shipped back more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund. We require proof of purchase for all return, exchange, and refund requests. In addition, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Digital Product Return
Digital product returns are on a case-by-case basis. Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally don’t offer refunds on these items. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will be happy to issue you a refund upon your request or issue you a credit for other items in our shop.
In the event a digital product return is granted, any and all licenses granted to you to use the material shall immediately be terminated. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation, video and audio recordings, forms, templates, images, slides, presentations, and other resources.
Physical Product Return
Physical product returns must be unused and in the same condition they were received to be eligible for a return or exchange. The product(s) must also be in the original packaging. All shipping costs incurred, even those on free shipping items, are not refundable. In addition, products with obvious wear from use or damage are not eligible for a return.
Once your return is received, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 days. In some situations store credit will be offered in place of a full cash refund.
