Purpose: To promote the development of mindfulness as a skill and tool.

Goals: Regulation, self-control, self-esteem, motivation through affirmations

Intended for: children, teens, and adults experiencing low self-esteem, feelings of helpleness/hopelessness, and/or intrusive thoughts
